Friday Stammtisches (*)

There are two alternate Stammtisches.

The all year beer garden group (inside in winter, out in summer etc) have a roving Stammtisch, that tends somewhat to the younger set,
The old(er) guard tend to go more to the (ex) "Summer In The Cellar" venue.

Some people go to both, different weeks, or one after the other, mostly beer garden group first, then "Summer In The Cellar" venue (but sometime other way round in winter). Some go just to one or the other but meet at other GEA events.

Beer Gardens

Before (or instead of) the Stammtisch in good summer weather many of us meet at a variety of Beer gardens Weekly changing venues announced on mail list.

( * `Stammtisch' translates from German as "Regular (Drinking) Table", but in our case we have taken over a whole bar each Friday night, for the last 15 years)

Outside Munich

Würmtal Stammtisch last Friday of each month, (started July 2001) Ristorante Grappa Brenner, Bahnhof-strasse, Gräfelfing Catherine Lodge
5-Seen-Land Stammtisch 1st Tuesday in month at Augustiner Wörthsee in Steinebach Evelyn Endler 08143.998682 (@ Aug 2001)
